Frequenty asked questions

How do you count synced objects?

Each object (customer, ticket, event) is billed separately for every create or update event. If a customer buys a ticket, SolidSync will sync the customer object and the ticket object, resulting in two billable objects per sale. Only successfully synced objects are counted towards your quota.

How can I choose which objects to sync?

Our web app allows you to choose which webhook events will trigger a sync. If you don't want to sync a certain object type, just deactivate the corresponding webhooks.

What happens if I have exceeded my quota?

If you have exceeded your quota, SolidSync will stop syncing objects. You can either wait until your quota resets next month or upgrade your plan, then trigger a backfill sync of historical data to pick up where SolidSync left off. Note that backfill syncs will also count towards your quota.

How can I check my current usage?

You can log in to our web app to see your quota and your current usage.

Can I try SolidSync for free?

SolidSync offers a free tier with a limited sync quota that you can use to see if it's the right fit for you.
